Job Description - About the Job:Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.
