Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader:
  • Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
  • Model and enforce safe work behaviors to ensure a safe environment.
  • Motivate and train team members.
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds as per preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Promote recognition and motivation among team members.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
  • Minimum Requirements:

    Is This You?
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or retail industry.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a good work ethic.
