Job Overview
Assistant Store Manager ponsible for store operations, team leadership, and client experience at the CT‑Evergreen Walk location (200 Evergreen Wy., South Windsor, CT 06074, United States).
Responsibilities- Support store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals.
- Recruit, attract, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team.
- Provide continuous learning through real‑time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support each associate’s career growth.
- Deliver outstanding service, resolve concerns proactively, and drive engagement through loyalty programs.
- Maintain an inspiring, immaculate store environment and ensure compliance with all policies and brand guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and opportunities.
- Assistant store management experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environments.
- Strong leadership and business acumen with a proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and facilitate open dialogue.
- Passion for coaching and development, with a commitment to empowering teams through mentorship.
- Client‑centric and growth‑oriented mindset with experience creating memorable, personalized client experiences.
- On‑site work at 200 Evergreen Wy., South Windsor, CT 06074, United States.
- Availability required during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical requirements:
lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
Annual base salary range: $66,200.00 – $81,050.00. Bonus eligibility may apply. Salary determined by qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
