• Support Store Operations & Client Experience – Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales.

• Optimize Resources & Drive Growth – Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a vibrant retail landscape.

• Assistant Store Management Experience – Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environments.
• Exceptional Leadership & Business Acumen – Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent.
• Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills – History of building trust, clarity, and enthusiasm across teams and clients.
• Passion for Coaching & Development – Commitment to empowering teams through tailored mentorship and real‑time coaching.
• Client‑Centric & Growth Oriented – Deep experience creating memorable, personalized client experiences while balancing operational priorities.

• Location – This role requires on‑site work at 200 Evergreen Wy., South Windsor, CT 06074.
• Availability – Requires evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor all shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.

The annual base salary range: $66,200.00 – $81,050.00.

Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentive plans.
