Account Manager, Sales Representative

Aboutthe Role
Elevate the customer experience to maximize sales by exceeding their expectations, making BODUM their reliable primary resource. Provide sales support to Sales Managers/Reps. Day to day account support for customers and BODUM sales team. Work closely with Sales Operations Manager on new customer set ups and various other account tasks.
Responsibilities- Review Routing and Compliance Guidelines for assigned accounts.
- Accurately input/process incoming orders within specified shipping window or timelines for assigned accounts.
- Work closely with appropriate internal departments on any specific order issue.
- Proactively alert customers to order issues via direct correspondence or through specific external systems.
- Directly resolve or help resolve any post order issues that may arise, including customer chargebacks.
- Act as secondary sales person to assigned accounts and individual franchisees within larger branded organizations.
- Drive sales by suggestive selling & providing alternative items when incomplete shipping situations arise.
- Have a thorough & competent understanding of all BODUM products, their use, function, price & alternatives.
- One to three years of experience.
- Background could be any combination of retail experience, wholesale, supply chain, sales support or customer service.
- Preferred background working with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and working with their external systems.
- Ability to develop and build business based relationships.
- Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Proficiency in EXCEL required.
- Great attention to detail, follow-up and sense of urgency skills.
- Very structured and organized personality.
- Ability to multi-task & manage deadlines simultaneously.
- CRM experience and basic EDI knowledge is preferred.
