Sales Representative / Tour Guide

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking Sales Representatives to sell vacation ownership and travel membership products to customers brought in by our Marketing Department. Face‑to‑face sales are performed in a friendly and professional manner, with no cold‑calling or out‑of‑pocket expenses required.

• Meet with prospective customers to discuss and sell Vacation ownership and travel membership solutions.

• Follow the proven sales process to secure new business and achieve individual and team goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Uncapped commission and bonus structure with opportunities for six‑figure earnings.

• Weekly paychecks plus monthly bonus eligibility.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current CA Real Estate License or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication, listening, and sales skills, with self‑discipline and a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, hospitality, timeshare, or related sales roles is a plus.
