HVAC Sales Closer — Pre-Set Appointments | $100K–$200K+ Commission

About the Role

Stop prospecting. Start closing. We hand you 3–4 pre-qualified, pre-booked in-home appointments every day — you bring the close. No cold calling, no door-knocking, no chasing your own leads. If you can walk into a homeowner's living room and walk out with a signed contract on the first visit, this is built for you.

What You'll Do
  • Run 3–4 pre-booked, pre-qualified in-home consultations per day (appointments are set for you)
  • Present HVAC systems, pricing, incentives, and financing — and close on the first visit
  • Handle objections and negotiate using a proven, supported sales process
  • Submit signed contracts and paperwork for processing — that's the extent of the admin
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of in-home or direct sales closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or similar home-improvement vertical)
  • A track record of closing on the first appointment, not the third
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle — willing to travel within city and surrounding area
  • Comfortable with CRM or digital contract tools (training provided if not)
Compensation
  • 100% commission, uncapped — top closers earn $100,000–$200,000+/year
  • Engaged as an independent contractor — set your own hours around your booked appointments
