Sales Negotiator​/Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Windsor, SL4

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our independent estate agency in Windsor. The role involves handling a range of properties, including higher-value homes, and contributing to continued business growth.

• Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process
• Contributing to branch targets and overall performance
• Supporting marketing and promotion of available properties
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline

• Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record
• Listing and valuation experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and confident manner
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
• Thorough and professional approach to estate agency
