Job DescriptionNew England Mechanical Services is currently seeking a CT licensed plumber (P2) with 3-5 years of experience for our South Windsor, CT Mechanical Group. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping experience.
Individuals with HVAC piping background are encouraged to apply. An additional pressure boiler pipe fitting license is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills preferred.
Some overtime is required.
Responsibilities- Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
- Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
- Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
- Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
- Flexibly work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must hold a current CT P-2 license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and utilize all protective equipment provided and as required.
