This role requires proven leadership in demanding environments, strict OSHA compliance, clear communication, and a commitment to high‐quality rigging work
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead rigging crews on job sites and make sure work is done safely and correctly.
* Enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards at all times.
* Plan and oversee heavy lifts, machine moves, and equipment transport.
* Inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks to ensure safe operation.
* Communicate job plans clearly to the crew and coordinate with site supervisors.
* Identify hazards, correct issues, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule.
** What We’re Looking For
*** 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial lifting, machine moving and transport, or a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, including cranes, tractor trailers, and forklifts
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to safety and professionalism
* OSHA 10 certification
* Forklift certification
