The Equipment Operator supports cementing operations by operating and maintaining oilfield equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. This role involves driving Class A vehicles, rigging up/down equipment at the wellsite, and working closely with field crews to support daily operations. Training will be provided for candidates with little or no industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate pneumatic trailers, silos, positive displacement pumps, and related equipment.
  • Rig up and rig down iron at the wellhead.
  • Connect and handle 4  hoses for water and dry product transfer.
  • Drive Class A vehicles to and from field locations.
  • Participate in pre-job meetings and safety briefings.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or deficiencies.
  • Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Support field and maintenance crews as needed.
  • Work a rotational schedule.
Qualifications
  • GED required;
    High School Diploma preferred.
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain as required.
  • No oilfield experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

  • Salary range: $18 - $20 USD
