Home Works Energy in CT seeks an HVAC Crew Lead to guide a small installation team through residential projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and top workmanship.
You will supervise one to two installers, coordinate work flow, inspect installations for CT codes and manufacturer specs, and train crew members as needed.
Requirements include a Connecticut S-2 Journeyperson license, EPA certification, a high school diploma, five years of residential HVAC experience, and strong communication.
