This isn’t just a coaching job; it’s a career‑building role where you will oversee 3–5 partner clubs, mentor coaching staff, and ensure the gold standard of Soccer XS delivery is met across your territory.

The PDO role is a unique "3-in-1" position designed to develop you into a versatile sports professional:

• On-Field
  
  Coaching:
  
  Maintain your craft by leading high-level sessions.
• Site Leadership:
  Conduct site visits to oversee program delivery, mentor junior coaches, and measure KPIs to ensure club satisfaction.
• Administration:
  Manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, curriculum planning, and club communications that make our programs successful.

• Admin & Site Visits: A flat rate for all non-coaching leadership/admin tasks.

• Territory Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for 3–5 soccer clubs within your assigned region.
• Quality Control:
  Visit sites to observe sessions, ensuring the Soccer XS curriculum is being delivered with passion and precision.
• Mentorship:
  Provide feedback and "on-the-job" training to regional coaching staff.
• Reporting:
  Track and report on program KPIs.

• Experienced Coaches:
  You’ve been around the block and have the badges/licenses to prove it.
• Natural Leaders:
  You enjoy helping other coaches improve and can communicate effectively with club board members.
• Organized Professionals:
  You can manage your own schedule and handle administrative tasks with detail and efficiency.
