Are you an experienced coach ready to step into the front office without leaving the pitch? Soccer XS is looking for Program Development Officers to join our leadership team. This isn’t just a coaching job; it’s a career‑building role where you will oversee 3–5 partner clubs, mentor coaching staff, and ensure the gold standard of Soccer XS delivery is met across your territory.
The Role:A Hybrid Experience
The PDO role is a unique "3-in-1" position designed to develop you into a versatile sports professional:
- On-Field
Coaching:
Maintain your craft by leading high-level sessions. - Site Leadership:
Conduct site visits to oversee program delivery, mentor junior coaches, and measure KPIs to ensure club satisfaction. - Administration:
Manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, curriculum planning, and club communications that make our programs successful.

Hours:
Competitive coaching rates based in CT and your Soccer XS Coaching Level. - Admin & Site Visits: A flat rate for all non-coaching leadership/admin tasks.
- Territory Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for 3–5 soccer clubs within your assigned region. - Quality Control:
Visit sites to observe sessions, ensuring the Soccer XS curriculum is being delivered with passion and precision. - Mentorship:
Provide feedback and "on-the-job" training to regional coaching staff. - Reporting:
Track and report on program KPIs.
- Experienced Coaches:
You’ve been around the block and have the badges/licenses to prove it. - Natural Leaders:
You enjoy helping other coaches improve and can communicate effectively with club board members. - Organized Professionals:
You can manage your own schedule and handle administrative tasks with detail and efficiency. - Ambitious Talent:
