Westaff is Hiring of a Dispatcher in Bloomfield, CT
!
Schedule:Thursday – Saturday, 7:00 AM– 7:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Westaff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dispatcher Coordinator to support our client’s fast-paced logistics operation in Bloomfield, CT. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy coordinating critical transportation activities, this role is for you!
Dispatcher Responsibilities:- Support the Central Dispatcher in assigning freight and dispatching drivers.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Generate daily revenue reports and process billing information.
- Assist customers over busy phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; strong Excel experience preferred.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer service and administrative experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or warehouse operations strongly preferred.
