Shuttle Driver

Overview

As a shuttle driver you may be the first and last point of contact for the hotel, therefore the shuttle driver plays a very important role in the overall guest experience. Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor is a must. You will operate the hotel shuttle transporting our guests to meetings, airports, and surrounding attractions.

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Help to load and unload any luggage.
• Provide safe transportation by adhering to all state and federal safety regulations.
• Coordinate proper drop off and pick locations.
• Assist all passengers in and out of the vehicle.
• Have a working knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations.

• A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to follow instructions.
