Base pay ranges from $24.80 to $29.61 per hour. Eligible workers may also earn a shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend safety trainings to operate safely in a fast‑paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, ship items to stores and guests, and ensure accurate processing of merchandise.
• Work efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem‑solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

• Physically able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50lbs frequently, and up to 60lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push utility carts up to 60lbs, use hand trucks and other equipment to move items.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach comfortably during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40ft on a mezzanine when required.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Read labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Operate powered equipment safely, including pallet riders, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
• Ability to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and training instructions.
• Food Distribution Center only:
  Work in various temperature‑controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
