The Warehouse Lead Worker is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock/product, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality controls. May be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the warehouse operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Hourly rate: $21.00 to $23.00.

• Receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damage, and proper storage of the delivered products.
• Performing transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
• Processing requests for supplies, preparing merchandise for delivery, and preparing packages for shipping according to established procedures.
• Scheduling and assigning daily work assignments to a team and overseeing the completion of tasks.
• Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Performing physical inventory as needed.
• Ensuring security of company assets.

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisor or related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. The role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
