Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time, any 5 days out of 7, shifts 09:00–15:30 (average 27.5 h per week)
Contract: Seasonal, until Winter 2026

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and maintaining the resort’s themed hotel rooms across all three accommodations, ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, bending and long periods of standing. You will also provide additional memorable interactions for guests, contributing to a “Brick‑tastic” experience.

• Inspect and clean hotel rooms, checklists, linens, and surfaces to meet quality standards
• Restock room supplies, tidy rooms for guest arrival and prepare them after checkout
• Identify and report maintenance issues to housekeeping management
• Assist with guest service duties, such as providing hotel information or handling special requests
• Manage shift duties and maintain accurate daily cleaning logs

• Desired experience as a cleaner in a fast‑paced hotel environment, but training will be provided
• High attention to detail and a positive outlook on learning
• Comfortable staying on your feet for long periods, and capable of heavy lifting, bending and reaching
• Strong communication skills, friendly, and respectful of guests and teammates

• Pay of £12.35 per hour
