What's involved?

As the Assistant F&B Services Manager, you will bridge the gap between the Brasserie and the Meetings & Events teams. You will be a hands-on leader, maintaining high standards and ensuring a seamless guest journey across all outlets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience at Assistant Manager level or higher within a quality 4 hotel.
  • Operational experience across all F&B departments, including Weddings and Events.
  • Strong financial awareness regarding revenue streams and POS controls.
  • The ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, outgoing manner.
