Fairmont Windsor Park is a five‑star hotel featuring 251 luxurious bedrooms and suites, 7 restaurants and bars, a spa and wellness facilities, and state‑of‑the‑art conference rooms.
Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day kitchen operation, preparation and service of all food.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and food hygiene controls.
- Run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
- Manage efficient stock control and procedures.
- Ensure financial aspects of kitchen management are adhered to and costings fall within budgeted guidelines.
- Communicate within the kitchen and with other departments.
- Control food wastage.
- Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, health and safety.
- Support and monitor training and development of the kitchen team.
