Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive

About the Role

Are you motivated by converting event sales bookings? De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, is hiring a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive in Old Windsor. This onsite office position works 5 days per week.

As the Meeting & Events Sales Conversion Executive, you will proactively convert key conference, corporate and banqueting business through show rounds and follow‑up, maximising conversion opportunities across all event types.

• Experience working as part of an events sales or planning team in a hotel or venue, regularly conducting sales appointments and show rounds.
• Confident approach, able to forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
• Experience using IT software; familiarity with Opera software is beneficial but not essential – training can be provided.
• Sharing the company's values: graciously warm, genuine, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is considered.
