We have kicked off our 2026 season and are recruiting for a Permanent Housekeeping Front Line Lead to join our Hotel Housekeeping Team.

As a Housekeeping Front Line Lead, you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness for guests' overnight stays. You will lead by example, drive excellent guest interactions, maintain health and safety policies, monitor stock levels, and motivate the team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.

You will ensure thorough and timely room inspections, handle employee relations concerns professionally with the People Team, maintain stock levels, and train and assess the team to deliver the high level of service expected by overnight guests.

Beyond core duties, this role provides opportunities to develop people management skills and positively impact guest KPIs.

• Previous experience in a supervisory position in a hotel setting is essential.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alternative overnight accommodation function.
• Confident and comfortable using cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments.
• Experience leading a team is advantageous.
• The role requires physical, hands‑on work; you must be comfortable standing and working for long periods.
