Assistant Night Manager
De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor are recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the nightly hotel operation runs smoothly, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee night shift operations between 10:30pm and 7am, 5 nights out of 7 each week.
- Complete the night audit and manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Conduct hotel walk‑arounds throughout the night, ensuring security and safety.
- Address any issues or complaints occurring overnight.
- Work on duty with at least one other member of the nights team.
- Support events team during late‑night weddings or events.
- Experience working during night hours.
- Hospitality experience or a guest‑focused service role.
- Excellent communication and high‑standard service delivery skills.
- Confidence working at night in a large hotel with minimal staff.
£28,840 per annum plus a range of benefits including:
