Accommodation Manager

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full-time, fully flexible, 7‑day rota (any 5 days out of
7) including weekends and bank holidays. Rotational shifts: early (7 am), mid, late (10 pm finish).

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We are recruiting for an Accommodation Manager to join our Hotels and Accommodation Team. The role owns day‑to‑day operations across accommodation, ensuring guests enjoy a high‑quality stay. Responsibilities include leading operational excellence in front‑of‑house functions (Reception, Concierge, Leisure), collaborating with resort teams to resolve challenges, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, acting as Hotel Duty Manager on a rotational basis, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and security standards.

• Proven experience in accommodation, hotel, or resort operations, including housekeeping and/or front office.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong operational and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to drive improvements and informed decision‑making.
• Experience managing compliance, health & safety procedures, and risk assessments.
• Adaptable and flexible approach to working hours and operational demands.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement change.
