Are you keen to be part of an events team and help create memorable experiences?

We are recruiting for an Events Porter to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.

Role

As an Events Porter you will help with setting up and clearing down all our event spaces whether for a wedding, awards night or conference, ensuring every detail is considered. This will involve lifting event equipment onto a trolley and moving it to the correct location safely to ensure fixtures, fittings and equipment remain in perfect working order and impeccably clean.

You will also support the event service to help ensure our guests have a great experience and that memorable moments are created.

We have full‑time and flexible positions available, which involve working a variety of shifts including weekends and late finishes.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure that every event is set up to perfection
  • Motivated by delivering high standards of service to ensure each guest has a memorable experience
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with enthusiasm
  • Confident team player who enjoys working with others and interacting with people
  • Previous experience within a similar role or events type role is a plus; experience is not essential as full training can be provided
