Job Summary

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at De Vere Beaumont Estate - a 429 bedroom hotel in Old Windsor. From meticulously clean rooms to thoughtful touches, you will check bedrooms on a daily basis, proactively addressing any housekeeping-related requirements to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. You will instill in your team the importance of paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create memorable moments for guests.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team members, you will create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work. You will also support with administrative tasks such as stock orders, laundry counts and rotas to ensure the smooth running of the department.

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. This hotel of this size offers a variety of food and beverage outlets with some great bars on site, hosting conferences, events and weddings.

• Previous experience in a similar role; hotel housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements

Your commute: based just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25 and 15 minutes from Heathrow;
