Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie opening soon inside the Castle Hotel Windsor, is seeking a charismatic Bartender to join the opening team. You will craft cocktails, serve wines and beers, and help set the standard from day one.
The role requires energy, excellent guest service, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for hospitality. Start date July 2026, with a strong benefits package and opportunities to grow within the Sutton Hotel Collection.
