The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town’s historic and royal setting. Positioned as The Original Local, we combine deep local knowledge with warm, confident hospitality for guests from around the world.

Working at the heart of our business, you will ensure guest linen is processed in due time and reject linen that is not to agreed standard. You will deliver clean linen and towels to store rooms, maintain records for the movement of linen and towels, prioritise tasks and carry them out speedily. You will anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.

Excellent organisational skills and time management are a must. This is a part‑time position, including weekends.
