Castle Hotel Windsor is launching Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie on Windsor High Street. We seek charismatic Waiters to join the opening team and set the standard for hospitality in a busy, stylish environment.
As a Waiter, you’ll learn the wine list, guide guests through the Brasserie menu, and deliver attentive service from day one. This role offers an exciting launch with great benefits and opportunities for growth within the Sutton Hotel Collection.
