Merlin Entertainments at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor is seeking a Front of House Lead – Night Operations to supervise the Front of House team on night shifts, ensure smooth operations, and communicate with all relevant departments.
You will coach and develop our team of Front of House Assistants to deliver the highest standard of guest service, handle guest problems and compliments, and liaise with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements.
