LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking an Accessibility Assistant to manage RAP enquiries and provide accessibility support across Merlin sites. You will handle high-profile cases, communicate empathetically, and collaborate with site teams to allocate RAP capacity while ensuring GDPR compliance.
You’ll work full-time, with flexible hours across 5 days out of 7, at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor. You will be part of a team dedicated to inclusive guest experiences and accessibility standards
