Bar Supervisor

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor are recruiting a Bar Supervisor to support and guide our team. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with our guests on a daily basis. You will also work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge as well as keeping the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

£14 per hour and excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, a complimentary 2 night stay with De Vere every year plus additional stays for £50 per room, time off over the christmas period and a paid day off for your birthday in addition to your holidays!

This role involves working a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.

• You have bar experience and ideally some experience of supervising others
• You are confident and guest focused and through an intuitive approach deliver exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome
• You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively
• You will ideally be familiar with booking systems such as Open Table although this is not essential as training can be provided
