LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Front of House Assistant (Nights) to welcome guests, support arrivals and departures, and provide information throughout their stay. The role requires handling enquiries and complaints in person or by phone in a fast-paced environment, with some outdoor duties and extended standing.
Successful candidates will have hospitality or front desk experience desirable, strong customer service and communication skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
