Windsor Luxury Hotel in Windsor is seeking a Temp Sous Chef to lead the pass and manage kitchen operations during service. This role requires hands-on leadership, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Immediate start and weekend availability are essential for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be experienced as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, confident leading a team, and able to step into the kitchen with authority.
