You'll play a key role in creating memorable stays by providing a warm welcome, outstanding service and ensuring every guest enjoys the genuine hospitality Sarova is known for. Whether you're checking in a family on holiday, helping a business guest with a request, or recommending local attractions, no two days are the same.

The Role Working 40 hours per week across any 5 days out of 7, you'll be responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient and professional reception service from arrival to departure. As part of our Front Office team, you'll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer enquiries, handle reservations and work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

The role includes a mixture of early and late shifts, predominantly 7am - 3:30pm or 2:15pm – 10:45pm. Weekend and bank holiday working is required as part of the rota. • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Experience using the Opera Property Management System would be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A warm, friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using hotel systems.
• A flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
