Pay: $28–$35/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections calls and outreach to keep customer accounts current
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with a solutions-first approach
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep customer relationships strong
• Track and report on AR aging and collection performance
• Help shape smarter processes as the company grows into new markets

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts receivable or collections
• Strong communication skills and comfort handling account conversations
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts
