Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist
Pay: $28–$35/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections calls and outreach to keep customer accounts current
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with a solutions-first approach
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep customer relationships strong
- Track and report on AR aging and collection performance
- Help shape smarter processes as the company grows into new markets
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling account conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts
