Job Title
Job Duties:
Coordinating construction projects with a focus on HVAC/Plumbing mechanical systems.
Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
Building coordination and prefab documents.
Qualifications:
Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
3+ years of BIM/CAD working experience in HVAC/Plumbing
An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
Self-motivated to work on your own and work well within a team.
Aptitude for learning and desire to succeed.
Strong attention to detail.
High level of organization and management skills.
