Sienna Crest Care Specialists will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following:

Responsibilities
  • Encourage, support, and assist our residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which include but are not limited to grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
  • Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician.
  • Actively participate in and lead, when required, leisure activities as scheduled on the Life Enhancement Calendar.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for our residents.
    • Qualifications
  • Possess a genuine fondness for older adults.
  • Complete all State Mandated Training programs provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, and perform tasks such as stooping, bending, reaching, standing for at least 8 hours, and climbing on a stepladder.
