ACTIVITIES:
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, infrastructure support, MSFT stack, and related IT roles.
KNOWEDLEGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies, backup systems, cloud platforms, identity management systems, and monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity and system administration best practices.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED:Computers, handhelds, tablets, printers, servers, scanners, backups, and related hardware and software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Hand-eye coordination for typing and equipment maintenance. Ability to sit for extended periods, regularly stand, walk between buildings, talk, hear, and see. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
