This is a non‑exempt hourly position.

Base Pay: $15.6 per hour

• Provides excellent cleaning services, often requiring interaction with clients and prioritizing work based on daily needs.
• Works directly with clients daily and maintains excellent client relationships while executing client requests and daily cleaning tasks.
• Has extensive knowledge of cleaning and concierge processes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Capable of leading and delivering solutions to various problems.
• Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 lbs.
• Walk frequently around the facilities during the shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 10–12 hours.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation instructions, maintenance procedures, and chemical handling documents (primarily in English; may be in Spanish if required).
• Effective communication with internal and external clients.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Use of mobile timekeeping software, KBSPresence.
