Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Meat Production Cutter to join our team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on high-volume, high-quality processing on the production floor, including packaging and meat trimming as needed.
Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday 7am-4:00pm;
Friday 7am-approx 12:00pm, with flexibility to meet business needs. The successful candidate will work across departments and uphold our values of quality, safety, and teamwork.
