National Account Manager (East Territory)

The Role & Your ImpactIn this role, you will drive sales execution for HHB probiotic activities within your territory while managing both new and existing customer relationships. You will support regional strategic goals, ensure strong market positioning, and serve as the key connection point between customers, Regional Sales Directors, and Human Health HQ.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Execute global and regional pricing strategies.
- Position CH as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable probiotic supplier.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.
- Drive commercial agreement discussions with support from RSD and Legal.
- Ensure TM agreement compliance.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional development activities and manage expectations accordingly.
- Plan, organize, and conduct customer meetings professionally.
- Manage and continuously update the territory sales plan.
- Execute HHB Regional and Global product line strategies.
- Manage customer projects through Sales Force and/or customer request processes.
- Provide timely forecast updates to Supply.
- Update BI Estimate systems on schedule.
- Submit monthly reports, call reports, and other required documentation.
- Gather and communicate market and customer feedback related to product lines, pricing, marketing activities, and value chain considerations.
- Capture, organize, and communicate market, industry, and competitor insights to RSD and HHB HQ.
- Participate in global and regional sales meetings.
- Represent Novonesis at relevant trade shows.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the dietary supplement and/or OTC market preferred.
- Territory sales experience.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to meet all territory-specific language requirements.
- Ability to execute global and regional strategies and policies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage full sales responsibility for HHB probiotic activities.
- Ability to lead both existing and new customer engagements effectively.
- This position is remote.
- Strong preference for candidates who reside and are authorized to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
Expected salary range: $125,000-$145,000
