Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Tech to support safe, welcoming environments across our housing and program locations. In this field-based role, you'll perform preventive and routine maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. You will travel between sites, complete work orders, inspections, and safety checks, and respond to urgent requests. Working closely with property managers and program staff, you'll help ensure facilities meet health and safety standards so clients and employees can thrive in our mission-driven, values-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance across multiple residential and program sites
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete work orders, inspections, and safety checks in a timely manner
• Coordinate with property managers and program staff on maintenance priorities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts and supplies
• Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and on-call needs as assigned
• Document work performed and communicate status updates clearly
