Truck Driver - Flex Class A

Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average $120,000 annually. Travel required, up to 100%.

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 2–3 weeks per assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Hold or be able to obtain a non‑exceptional interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, accepting responsibility for own safety and that of others.

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lb (23 kg) and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lb (45 kg).
• The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle, including the rear cargo area.
