Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Salary:
Up to $39 per hour
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Current LPN license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long term care preferred.
