Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Walmart Wireless Sales Program

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused part‑time Retail Sales Associates to join our Walmart Wireless Sales team. The role involves engaging customers in the wireless services section, promoting carrier plans and accessories, and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.

• Engage customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans
• Identify customer desires, address objections, and offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members
• Welcome customers warmly and offer assistance promptly
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and celebrate successes
• Accurately document and report sales activities to Retail Operations
• Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Submit all required paperwork complete and accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Knowledge of wireless products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Respect for customer confidentiality

• Base pay ranging from $600–$800 weekly for part‑time reps
• Uncapped commission plus base pay raise every six months
• Next‑day pay through Daily Pay
• Base pay raise opportunity every six months
• 401(k) plan with company match
