Overview

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Preschool and PreK Support Teachers (30 months - 5 years) to implement a program that promotes each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, per the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning. We are hiring lead teachers for the  school year! All lesson plans, supplies, and resources are provided. An excellent Primrose curriculum is provided to teachers, allowing you to reclaim your nights and weekends!

• A strong commitment to building positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
• Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program required.
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
• A passion for early childhood education and a vision of excellence.

• Responsibility for the overall supervision and daily class functions of the classroom;
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents with our pediatric-endorsed assessment;
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and confidently make decisions consistent with health and safety standards.
