Job DescriptionThe Lachelle plant - OPmobility is looking for an intern for 3 years. Under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services, you will provide operational support to the Maintenance department and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes. Your main duties will include:
- Supporting maintenance operations
- Ensuring daily support to the Maintenance team by adhering to schedules, procedures, and technical and organizational standards.
- Participating in the follow-up of interventions and coordinating field actions.
Maintenance Ranges
- Participate in the creation, updating, and validation of Maintenance ranges, ensuring their feasibility and applicability.
- Define intervention frequencies according to technologies and production equipment.
- Contribute to field validation work with teams.
- Estimate the time required for each operation.
- Consolidate the maintenance schedule by ensuring consistency between times, frequencies, and operational constraints.
Maintenance Indicators
- Actively participate in the development and automation of Maintenance KPIs via an internal API.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators:
- Work orders
- Parts shipments
- Planning/completion of ranges
- Compliance with intervention schedules
- Contribute to the implementation of management tools and alerts to facilitate decision-making.
Spare parts warehouse
- Participate in defining the necessary spare parts by machine and equipment type.
- Contribute to the constitution and optimization of the security stock and consumables.
Subject of continuous improvement in maintenance
- Propose technical and economic solutions to facilitate interventions (standardization, simple modifications...).
- Participate in the digitalization of maintenance tools to move towards a convergent internal API with a CMMS.
- Identify and implement improvement axes to optimize processes, reduce corrective interventions, and enhance overall service performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/PNEUMATIC/HYDRAULIC.
- Reading and understanding technical plans.
- SAP would be a plus.
- Collaborative spirit and ease in teamwork.
