Position Salary & Bonus
The salary range for this position is $34.28 – $46.28 per hour. Sign‑on bonus available: $15,000 paid in three installments to eligible candidates. Placement within the salary range depends on experience and internal equity considerations. For union‑represented positions, placement follows the collective bargaining agreement.

The Interventional Radiology Technologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities- Under general physician supervision, function in scrub and circulating roles.
- Perform image reconstruction and processing.
- Assist with interventional lab patient preparation, transportation, and recovery as necessary.
- Provide call coverage as scheduled.
- Internal and rehire candidates less than 6 months are not eligible for the sign‑on bonus.
- Required:
- One year of interventional lab experience.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Graduate of an accredited radiology school – RT (R).
- LIC IDNS.
- REG ARRT.
- CERT BLS.
- Physical demands: Lift or carry up to 50 pounds; exert push/pull force up to 50 pounds.
