Float Licensed Physical Therapist

• Treat outpatient orthopedic patients across clinics in Winfield, Portage, and Valparaiso
• Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty
• Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions
• Collaborate with teammates while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, and non-clinical opportunities
• Maintain sustainable caseloads and deliver exceptional patient care
• Document patient care using ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time
• Support Ivy Rehab’s physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy services

• Licensed or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Team-oriented
• Passion for learning and professional growth
