Growing DuPage County family law firm seeking a full-time, in-person associate attorney.
The ideal candidate:
- has at least 1 year of experience in the divorce and parentage courts
- speaks and acts confidently
- has experience presenting evidence and eliciting testimony in court for hearings and trials
- is comfortable with client interaction, settlement negotiations, drafting of pleadings and orders, and preparation and review of discovery
- sees the big picture and devises strategies for achieving complex goals
- works independently
- has a strong work ethic
- keeps up with a fast-paced work environment
- is committed to the highest levels of ethics and professionalism
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Compensation commensurate with experience and skill, and subject to performance-based review and bonuses. Retirement and healthcare benefits available.
